Cobalt Developer Documentation

Introduction

Cobalt is an Open Source system for the administration of the game of bridge. The development of Cobalt is currently funded by the Australian Bridge Federation.

Cobalt may or may not stand for COmmon Bridge And Learning Technology, but we are open to naming suggestions.

Cobalt aims to provide all of the functionality needed to support bridge at the club, state and national level including:

• Payments

• Event Management

• Memberships

• Discussion Forums

• Pre-paid Systems

• Results

• Scoring (in the future)

Cobalt is built in Django.
